Your commitment to our students allows us to continue providing impactful Career Exploration programs and scholarships, as well as academic training and support for our educators. We are especially grateful to those who have generously donated their time to create Career Exploration opportunities for our students.
Value Schools' supporter Linda L. Gunn celebrating with our students.
This year, our annual giving campaign honored the volunteer service of our School Board and Foundation Board members. They provided a combined 159 years of expert, volunteer service, exemplifying our 5th Value: an educated person has the responsibility to give back to the community. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication help guide and uplift our students, parents, educators, and school leaders.
Thanks to you, new opportunities are available for our students. On February 22, our middle and high school girls will travel to Dana Point to attend the Girls in Ocean Science (GIOS) Conference at the Ocean Institute. There, they will connect with influential female scientists and explore the excitement of marine science careers alongside their peers. Using oceanographic equipment, they will study marine life, ecosystems, and sustainability. Hands-on experiences like this spark curiosity and inspire the next generation of scientists.
A select number of middle and high school students will participate in the GIOS Conference.
We are deeply grateful for the role you play in empowering our students. Your generosity sends a powerful message—one that inspires them to take full advantage of their Value Schools education and strive toward their greatest potential.
